Peotone Country Market Contact: Frank Fortini, Store Manager Peotone Country Market took over the business formerly known as Seehausen’s, on Aug. 20, 2007. At Peotone Country Market, we feature a full service grocery store. Our delicatessen always has fresh house salads prepared and offers a great variety of meat and cheese products, among them, the Boars Head brand name. The bakery prepares fresh breads and rolls, and also cakes and desserts for all occasions. Our produce is always fresh, as well as our meats, which are all USDA Choice. In our Dairy Dept. we feature Dean’s and Baremon’s fluid milk products. Peotone Country Market is a proud member of the Peotone Chamber of Commerce and always welcomes the opportunity to help out in the community. Memorable moments in company’s history: We are so new that we don’t have any that stand out yet, but we look forward to making those moments happen. We would however, like to have the Peotone community remember Harvey Goodwine, a long time employee of the store, who passed away earlier this year. Harvey devoted his time to helping the young employees who passed through while working for the Peotone County Market, and Seehausen’s.
