-Always make time for your client

          We understand how important it is to get into a right away to lessen the risk of losing the home to another buyer! That is why we always make time for our clients and since we run this office with a "Team" like attitude, if one agent is not available we will often fill in for one another to make sure our clients get into a home right away!

-Be a deal maker not a deal breaker!

          We always try to find a solution or middle ground to get the deal done. Being a deal maker is hard work! There is a whole mentality to become the peacekeeper of a deal to make it go through. Often in deals that the other side is ready to give up here at Exclusive we don't give up on a deal until our client is ready to give up!! This is a characteristic that we take pride in and hire accordingly!

-Don't be greedy!

       This is not only a practice for our agents, but our brokerage. Here at Exclusive we always make an effort to not let greed take over. As a brokerage we charge our agents less on commission splits than most brokerages. This in turn makes our agents less stressed and more loyal to the consumer!

-Respect!

      We respect all buyers no matter the price point, their race, location, gender, political stance, or any reason. We understand buying or selling is a stressful time for most and we are here to make the processes as seamless as possible!

-Training/Coaching

       Here at Exclusive we take pride in training and coaching to make sure our agents are the most knowledgable in the trade! We have unique training programs for new and experienced agents that make us stand apart from most brokerages!
